This ongoing group class meets online for 25 minutes, 3 times a week.
Follow along with me to strengthen and reset your body through calming and energizing movements. Modifications and step-by-step verbal cues are always provided.
Can’t attend live? Don’t worry! Each class is recorded and the replay link will be emailed and available for 72 hours afterward.
This is a good option if you’re looking for a consistent movement program in a casual group setting to keep you active on a regular basis.
A 4-week, self-paced online course to jumpstart your fitness so you can get stronger and have less stiffness and pain. Emphasis on education as well as proper movement.
This is a good option if you’re looking for a self-led digital course where you can learn and practice uncomplicated, safe, and efficient movement resets and ask questions at your own pace, on your own time
