Small Group Strength Classes and Personal Training Sessions in Nashville, TN

Helping others reclaim strength, mobility, and stability and move with ease and joy is my passion! In addition to personal training sessions, I offer small group strength training classes in Nashville, TN that provide the care, attention, and expertise you need to restore your mobility and strength. These fitness classes are designed and modified for students of all skill levels! Whether you dream of participating in your first 5K Run/Walk or just getting down on the floor to play with your kids or grandchildren, I’ll get you moving…and with dedication, you’ll see impressive gains and improved strength and endurance from our sessions together!

My training sessions are specifically designed to meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey, but not leave you there. I begin with a 30-minute “discovery” session that includes the Original Strength Screen & Assessment (OSSA). The OSSA provides an overall look at your movement ability, which then helps me determine the path to take in customizing a program for you that will lead to a resilient and stronger body.

Prefer to work out with a partner or a group of friends? Sometimes working out with others simply makes it more fun and keeps everyone a bit more accountable, so I am proud to offer small group classes too!
