My training sessions are specifically designed to meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey, but not leave you there. I begin with a 30-minute “discovery” session that includes the Original Strength Screen & Assessment (OSSA). The OSSA provides an overall look at your movement ability, which then helps me determine the path to take in customizing a program for you that will lead to a resilient and reflexively strong body.
Prefer to work out with a partner or a group of friends? Sometimes working out with others simply makes it more fun and keeps everyone a bit more accountable, so I am proud to offer packages for groups too!
